NYPD: Man Found Unconscious On F Train Pronounced Dead
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A man found unconscious between two subway cars was pronounced dead Friday morning, police said.
The 24-year-old man was found between two subway cars on the southbound F train line between Willoughby Street and Jay Street at around 2:30 a.m., police said.
According to police, the victim was unresponsive, and suffered from an apparent head trauma.
The victim was transported to Brooklyn Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
A medical examiner will determine the cause of death. The name of the victim has not been released pending family notification.
The investigation is ongoing.
