Gotham Gossipist: Jennifer Lopez Gives Emotional Performance In Connecticut

By Kimberly Rae Miller

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Bronx native Jennifer Lopez apparently had a very emotional weekend. She performed at The Mohegan Sun 15th anniversary show in Connecticut.

According to People magazine, Lopez, the event headliner, was introducing her song "Until It Beats No More," when she told the crowd, "I'm going to sing you the last song I wrote about love. A lot has changed since then."

What followed was a stage filled with J.Lo look-a-likes and dancers that looked an awful lot like her past loves, including Diddy, Chris Judd, and Ben Affleck.

When the last couple, a couple that resembled Lopez and her most recent husband Marc Anthony, the songstress reportedly broke down in tears.

As if like magic, another image filled the screen, a picture of her three-year old twins, Emme and Max.  To which Lopez added, "There's love – and then there's love."

You've got to give the woman credit, she can use her personal life for all its worth.
