UPPER SADDLE RIVER, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- A New York man has been arrested after police say he groped a woman at a gas station in New Jersey on Halloween.

Police say Marco Cajasamendano, 32, of Spring Valley, was working as an attendant at a gas station in Upper Saddle River when he put his hands up a female customer's skirt.

Cajasamendano helped the woman fill up her tank before convincing the woman her tires needed more air, police said.

The woman pulled her car over to another part of the station, and Cajasamendano assaulted her as she bent down to fill up her tire, police said.

Cajasamendano was arrested and charged with criminal sexual contact, police said. He is being held at Bergen County Jail on $25,000 bail.
