Former First Lady Barbara Bush Admitted To Texas Hospital
HOUSTON, Texas(CBSNewYork) -- Former First Lady Barbara Bush was hospitalized in Texas on Tuesday night.
The Chief of Staff to George H.W. Bush said that Mrs. Bush was admitted to Methodist Hospital in Houston where she was being treated for signs of pneumonia.
A statement released by her husband's office Barbara, 88, was said to be in "great spirits" and was getting "fantastic care".
There was no word on her condition or how long she would remain in the hospital.
