He directed us in what he calls 'Cheer Ups' - a fun, group take on push-ups:
Start in a push-up position, partnered head-to-head. We each have a full glass of wine positioned in between us. Perform a push-up. At the top of the motion, pick up and clink your wine glasses with your right hand. Perform another push-up, clink with the left hand. Works the chest, arms and core.
