Firefighter, Resident Hurt In Washington Heights Building Fire
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - FDNY crews quickly knocked down an early morning fire in Washington Heights.
It started just before 4:00 a.m. on the fifth floor of an apartment building on Fort Washington Avenue.
One person was taken to the hospital but is expected to recover.
A firefighter was also hurt in the fire.
There is no word on the cause of the fire.
