Delays Continue After Car Fire Shuts Down FDR For A Short Time
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The FDR has reopened after being shut down due to a car fire on Saturday.
The car fire on FDR Drive at East Houston Street shut down all north and southbound lanes for a short time.
The FDR has since reopened, but delays continue.
