Cops: Huntington Man Arrested For Stealing From Church Donation Box
YAPHANK, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) - It's a donation box, not a withdrawal box.
An employee at the Church of St. Patrick in Huntington spotted a man taking cash from a candle donation box, Suffolk County Police said.
George Kanganis, 47, was arrested a short time later.
Kanganis faces charges of petit larceny and possession of burglar tools.
