Coast Guard searching for missing swimmer off the Rockaways
NEW YORK -- Crews are searching for a missing swimmer in the Rockaways.
Police said they received a call from someone who said their friend went into the water and never came out.
It happened around 2 a.m. at Beach 13th Street off Seagirt Boulevard.
The Coast Guard is now leading the search.
