Mahwah, N.J. City Employee Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Child
MAHWAH, N.J. (CBSNewYork) – A city employee in Mahwah, New Jersey is charged with sexually assaulting a child.
Brian Potter is accused of inappropriately touching a 10-year-old in March 2017, according to the Bergen County prosecutor's office.
He was charged Friday with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault by sexual contact, endangering the welfare of a child.
Potter is a Department of Public Works employee.
