Police: Man Shoots 15-Year-Old Boy In Both Legs In Brooklyn
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork)-- An unidentified man shot a 15-year-old boy once in each leg in Brooklyn, police said.
Police said the suspect discharged a firearm in front of 234 Sands Street in downtown Brooklyn around 5 p.m. Friday evening. The 15-year-old was was struck once in his left leg and once in his right leg. He was taken to Methodist Hospital where he is reported to be in stable condition.
The suspect fled the scene following the shooting, officials said.
The suspect is described as a Black man and was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, black hooded sweat shirt, blue sweatpants with white stripes and was carrying a firearm.
