Friday morning marked the start of 'Deflate-gate' Day 5, which had Craig and a blonde, left-handed, retired NFL quarterback not named Boomer Esiason talking about balls from just about every angle imaginable.

With Boomer enjoying the final day of his mid-January vacation, Chris Simms -- son of the one and only Phil Simms -- filled in and provided us with the perspective of a quarterback, saying that he is having a tough time believing what Tom Brady had to say Thursday afternoon.

When his playing career concluded and before his blossoming TV career began, Simms served as a coaching assistant for the Pats in 2012, so we had that angle as well.

So with the Super Bowl fast approaching, Craig and Chris kicked off a Football Friday in a proper manner considering the circumstances...
