Boomer & Carton: Jerry's Update Gets A Little Confrontational

Jerry Recco is a pro's pro, if you will, and, frankly, he has to be to deliver his updates in the manner in which he does.

On Wednesday, Jerry's first update of the morning was "Mets-centric" following their 3-1 loss to the Dodgers in Game 4 of the teams' hotly contested NLDS.

While Jerry was doing his thing, Craig was giving a note documenting that the Mets' scheduled Game 5 starter, Jacob deGrom, was actually available out of the bullpen if needed.

Well, that bit of news created a little conflict in the Allstate Studio as the Dynamic Radio Duo had differing opinions on the matter and butted heads. At one point Boomer was heard calling his radio partner and BFF "spark face."

After the smoke cleared, Jerry went on to talk about the Theo Epstein-built Cubs slugging their way past the Cardinals into the NLCS, former NBA'er Lamar Odom fighting for his life after being found unconscious in a Las Vegas' brothel and the Rangers and Devils both losing on Tuesday night.
