After hearing about the active lifestyle of Al Dukes, Jerry Recco was back in the saddle Tuesday morning, a day after both the Mets and the Yankees took care of business on the field.

The Mets set the tone Monday with an 8-5 win over the second-place Nationals, expanding their lead in the NL East to five games, an effort that was spearheaded by David Wright, who according to Boomer played and acted like a captain.

The recently maligned Matt Harvey, who according to Craig was embarrassed by Wright, will be on the hill for the Amazns on Tuesday night in D.C.
