Sunday proved to be a tough day for our local teams as the Giants and Jets went down in flames and then the Mets followed suit, only their loss ended their season and sent Kansas City into a state of bliss.
Jerry Recco opted to start his action-packed update with the Mets, as their 12-inning defeat has fans everywhere feeling pretty down.
In addition, Jerry spoke of Eli's career performance in New Orleans and the Jets' awful effort out in Oakland, which featured the season debut of one Geno Smith at quarterback.
