After we all learned a little about Craig's workout routine and the life of the update maven himself, Jerry Recco proceeded to do his thing, which he began with some news from spring training (not Boomer's beloved sport of hockey).

From Port St. Lucie, home of Mets camp, Curtis Granderson arrived with some high expectations, while Terry Collins sounds as good as ever while using the spoken word.

Over in Tampa, it's still all about Alex Rodriguez for the most part, as the Yankees slugger talked about being 'crazy in love' with baseball and talked with returning third baseman Chase Headley. A-Rod also mentioned how much he will miss the now-retired Captain.
