B&C Morning Show: Wake Up Darrelle, Updates Are Jerry Recco's Thing
With the Jets preparing to travel to the Mile High City to take on the Denver Broncos Thursday night, Jerry began his first update offering a preview of the prime-time match-up, a game Darrelle Revis is hoping he'll be able to stay awake for.
The usually soft-spoken Revis spouted off yesterday regarding the challenge the Jets secondary faces trying to stop Tim Tebow and the run-happy Broncos. Revis' not-so-soft-spoken head coach Rex Ryan answered a few questions as well about his team bouncing back after Sunday's embarrassing loss to the Pats.
Jerry also provided audio of the two quarterbacks involved in Thursday night's game, as we heard Mark Sanchez talk about putting Sunday's two interception performance behind him and Tim talked about how blessed he is.
In addition to the thorough preview Jerry provided, Craig provided a stern warning to Rex Ryan - telling the him to not even bother getting on the plane if the Jets don't win the game.
Moving right along, some Giants players were out celebrating Victor Cruz's birthday at the 'Juliet Supperclub' when some gun shots were fired and former Penn State coach Mike McQueary spoke briefly with CBS's Armen Keteyian and referenced feeling as if he is trapped in a snow-globe - whatever that means...
