Prior to Jerry Recco's highly-anticipated 'MOTD,' Craig shared some 'BREAKING NEWS' that he learned via Twitter. According to a 'tweeter' that goes by the handle 'Straight Cash Homie,' Rangers goalie Hendrik Lundqvist has been suffering from flu-like symptoms and has apparently received an IV due to his condition.
Now whether or not this is true remains to be seen, but the validity of the 'tweet' is not important to this story. After Jerry finally delivered his aforementioned 'MOTD' - which focused on Michael Kay's lack of preparation for Friday's Yankees-Red Sox game - the guys invited WFAN update anchor legend John Minko (Bingo!!!) into the Allstate Studio to deliver the Lundqvist 'news' and cite 'Straight Cash Homie' as the source.
