B&C Morning Show: 'LINtercourse,' 'LINguini,' Sounds Like A Recco Update
The Knicks overcame a 10 point deficit late in the 3rd quarter to beat the Dallas Mavericks 104-97 yesterday afternoon at the Garden. Thanks to Jerry Recco we got to hear from a whole host of Knickerbocker players following the big win, including Jeremy Lin, his newest teammate J.R. Smith and Mike D'Antoni, who has coached his team to an 8-1 record over their last 9 games.
The Nets were hoping to get a lift from Brook Lopez, but fell to the Bucks 92-85. We got to hear from head coach Avery Johnson and the aforementioned Lopez, who Craig obviously missed during his absence. The Nets will try and right their ship tonight at the Garden against the Knicks.
Plus, the Rangers edged the Blue Jackets 3-2 in overtime, Devils 3-1 over Montreal, the Yankees deal AJ Burnett to the Pirates, Syracuse 74-64 over Rutgers and Bill Haas beat Phil Mickelson & Keegan Bradley on the 2nd playoff hole to win the Northern Trust Open at Rivera...
