When Craig asked Boomer when the next time the Yankees and Red Sox play again, the Blonde Bomber answered with conviction, telling his radio partner that the two will square-off in late August.
That's true, the two teams will meet for a 3-game set at Fenway August 3o-September 1. But the Yanks and Sox hook up again before then, in early August (5-7) in Boston.
For the sake of accuracy I made my way into the studio to alert everyone -- especially Boomer -- of the careless error. Which by the way, I don't think he appreciated all that much...
