B&C Morning Show: Goose Gossage Pays a Visit to the Allstate Studio
Rich "Goose" Gossage is a Hall of Fame relief pitcher that spent 22 years in the Big Leagues, 1978 through 1983 with the Yankees, winning a World Series in his first year with the Bombers.
"Goose" made the trip to Manhattan this morning to sit down with Boomer & Craig and talk about his life as a reliever and the state of today's game.
The guys asked Gossage about the Subway Series and how the future looks for an aging New York Yankees team. They also got the Hall of Fame reliever's take on the whole Jorge Posada saga that continues to linger and "Goose" even belted-out a few notes from Lynrd Skynrd's 1974 hit, "Sweet Home Alabama"...
