B&C Morning Show: Giants' Success, Jets' Failures

After some well deserved time off, the Dynamic Radio Duo - known worldwide as Boomer & Carton - returned to the Allstate Studio ready to talk about the Giants' preparation for the NFL playoffs -- and the Jets' disappointing 8-8 finish.

Craig began things by promising a great show for everyone, then instructed Rex Ryan to 'man-up, fat boy.'  This on the heels of reports that Rexy shed a tear or two yesterday while addressing his team following Sunday's loss to the Dolphins.  Rex also expressed his disdain for the concept of team captains, so he has elected to do away with them altogether.

Boomer - a former Jets QB himself - talked about Mark Sanchez's struggles, his confidence being in the toilet and how the one some referred to as the 'San-Chize',  is a shell of the kid we saw calling signals for the Jets in the playoffs just a year ago.

Needless to say it is going to be a very long off-season for the Green & White and making matters worse, the team the Jets share MetLife Stadium with, the New York Giants, they made the playoffs and are busy preparing for their 1st Round match-up with the Atlanta Falcons (1/08 @ 1pm).

So it was there that we began, searching for answers to what ails the Jets and what the future holds for Tom Coughlin and his Big Blue Crew.

The guys also touched on the Winter Classic, which was won by the Rangers 3-2 over the Flyers in Philadelphia.  Boomer & Craig were both in attendance, although their viewing experiences were vastly difference, which Craig was sure to point out...
