B&C Morning Show: Giants Give Their Fans A 'Scare'
Coming off their Week 8 bye, the Giants had the winless Miami Dolphins waiting for them in a game Craig said Big Blue could not lose.
Lo-and-behold, with 9 minutes and 37 seconds to go in the second quarter, Dolphins QB Matt Moore made his way to the end zone and the Fins had themselves a 14-3 lead.
The Giants fought back and eventually took the lead for good late in the fourth quarter when Eli Manning hooked up with Victor Cruz for a 25-yard TD with 5 minutes and 58 seconds to go.
Despite the win, Craig says fans of the Giants should not be happy with Big Blue's lackluster performance and warns that with the upcoming 'Big 6' (Pats, 49ers, Eagles, Saints, Packers & Cowboys) on the Giants schedule will likely lead to their demise.
Boomer calls the Giants' win just that, a win and because of it they are now 5-2 and have a QB in Eli Manning playing very, very well.
The Patriots are up next for Tom Coughlin's 1st place team and Craig is already predicting a Big Blue loss.
The Jets were idle, but got some help courtesy of a Steelers win over the aforementioned Patriots. Rex's Gang Green travels to Buffalo to take on the Bills this Sunday.
So a whole lotta football to talk about and a Morning Show staff with the Halloween spirit...
