B&C Morning Show: Craig Wants A Proper Big Blue Send-Off
We're less than a week away from Super Bowl XLVI, which, according to Craig, means the smack talking can now begin. So it was on that note that this Monday edition of the Morning Extravaganza began.
The Patriots had a send-off pep rally prior to leaving for Indy, during which Tom Brady could be heard talking about having a bigger party following the big game. Brady's comments were predictably blown out of proportion, but Craig wants to know when the Giants send-off pep-rally is going to be, knowing full-well there is not one planned.
Boomer doesn't see the need for a proper send-off, as Craig put it and believes his radio partner is making a 'mountain out of a mole-hill' - which Craigie has a tendency to do from time to time.
It was rather evident early on today that Boomer was a little more tolerant of Craigie, which I believe could be directly attributed to the extra sleep the Blonde Bomber got with no NFL responsibilities. That didn't stop Craig from trying to push Boomer's buttons by bringing up a rift between Rangers.
After that the guys took a call from a fella named Travis from Astoria, who has gained some notoriety through stupidity. This coming from a guy with a Bengals tattoo on his stomach by the way. Anyway, you see Travis - a Giants fan - got himself a tattoo of Eli Manning giving his older brother Peyton a noogie on his back-side. He called in to the guys to tell them why on earth he chose to get his butt inked-up.
Then the guys put a nice bow on today's show open by talking about 50 Cent's million dollar Super Bowl bet and whether or not the rapper is married...
