B&C Morning Show: Cowboys Lose, Jerry Not Happy
Before Jerry's first update, Boomer and Craig noticed that some of the Xmas decorations have been moved around in the studio. Nobody was blamed, but the guys had a pretty good idea who the culprit was. Speaking of Christmas, mistletoe is one of the time honored traditions during the holidays. Carton is hoping to land a kiss from one of the staff members, but you may be surprised to find out who he wants to pucker up.
It's no secret that Jerry Recco is a HUGE Dallas Cowboys fan, so needless to say he was not in a jolly mood this morning. But like the pro he is, Jerry delivered an A-plus update.
The Giants' win last night saved their season. Jason Pierre-Paul, one of the stars of the game, had plenty of interesting things to say in the postgame. Both Brandon Jacobs and Chris Canty know just how important this win was. Big Blue is now in 1st place in the NFC East. On the other side of the coin, the Dallas Cowboys reflect on the brutal loss. Outstanding LB Sean Lee gets on his teammates for not stepping up in the big spot. Jerry Jones, the often outspoken Cowboys owner, had some nice things to say about the Giants performance.
Over at MetLife Stadium, Gang Green laid the wood on the pathetic Kansas City Chiefs. Rex Ryan had high praises for his QBs stats against KC. Unfortunately, it was not all roses and butterflies for the Jets on Sunday. For the second straight season, safety Jim Leonhard was carted off the field with a knee injury.
Jerry wraps up the update going around the league. The major headlines include the blowup in New England, the Lions win a game they didn't deserve and Marion Barber's blunders lead to more "TebowMania"…
