B&C Morning Show: Coughlin Is Beaming, Jerry Is Updating
Jerry Recco began his updating duties with some audio of a jubilant Tom Coughlin, who certainly appears to be enjoying the 'twilight' of his life. Boomer says that he has never seen Coughlin happier, which makes sense considering this run all but assures that he will finish his coaching career with the Giants.
'At the end of the day' Antrel Rolle likes to talk, a lot, and Boomer says that is good for everyone. After hearing Eli Manning talk about seizing the opportunity, Boomer marveled at the maturity of the Giants signal caller, who has transformed from skittish to 'eli'te' right before our very eyes. Justin Tuck says the hoopla is a thing of the past, now it's all about the game.
The Pats practiced Monday - Rob Gronkowski did not - and afterwards the head coach chatted with the attentive media.
