B&C Morning Show: Brian Snow Hits The High Note
On Monday's Radio Program Jerry Recco introduced us all to a high school play-by-play man named Brian Snow (pictured - yes that is him) who has been calling high school basketball games in Chicago for more than a decade. For the record Jerry first heard the cut after our friends over at Deadspin.com posted it.
What makes Snow unique is his high pitched delivery when things get exciting, which is why Jerry played his cut in the first place. Craig got such a kick out of it that he told Al Dukes to book him to come on.
When Snow called in and said hello, Craig had a tough time believing it was the same guy because of his very deep speaking voice, which certainly contradicted his play-by-play work. Snow explained his high pitch by saying simply, 'the action dictates the voice' - and Marist high school has been doing a good job providing the action.
While chatting with Snow, Craig imagined what a love making session might be like for Snow and then hilarity ensued...
