B&C Morning Show: Brian Billick Talks About His Own Coaching Future And Week 13
At this time of the year there are always a lot of rumors circulating regarding NFL coaching jobs. Brian Billick, who joins the program on a weekly basis and won a Super Bowl while coaching the Baltimore Ravens, currently handles analyst duties for Fox's NFL coverage -- and has had his named attached to some of said rumors.
So when Billick called in this morning just after 8 a.m., the guys asked him if a head coaching job could be in his immediate future? Although he didn't seem all that eager to put the headset back on, Billick did mention that everyone has a price and that we may just find out what his price is.
Billick followed that statement up by talking about how the job of an NFL head coach has changed over the last few years and he is not sure that his style would still work in what he has become a GM run league. Which tells me to 'stay tuned'...
Moving right along, Billick gave his thoughts on the Giants match-up with the undefeated Green Bay Packers, while dismissing Craig's theory of the Giants resting players to prepare for their Week 14 match-up in Dallas.
Plus, some thoughts on Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh's suspension/appeal and the Jets match-up with the Redskins this Sunday in Washington.
Coach Billick will be calling the Broncos-Vikings game in Minnesota on Fox this Sunday and you can follow him on Twitter by clicking here (@CoachBillick)...
