B&C Morning Show: Boomer Predicts Big Things From Eli, Jerry Delivers Big With His Update

Before Jerry Recco began his first update of the morning, Boomer predicted Eli Manning will throw for no less than 350 yards, win or lose.

The teams have yet to arrive in Indianapolis for the Super Bowl, but the media crush surrounding both the Giants and the Patriots has begun.  Jerry Recco started his update with a cut of  Eli Manning responding to a question about his legacy.

Victor Cruz hurled nothing but praise in the direction of his quarterback, while Antrel Rolle isn't interested in being a member of another team that loses a Super Bowl - Rolle played for the Arizona Cardinal team that lost to the Steelers in Super Bowl  XLIII.  Meanwhile, Justin Pierre-Paul is mentally prepared, for a physical battle.

From New England, Bill Belichick was yapping away like he always does when in-front of a microphone and Tom Brady is not going to get wrapped-up in over thinking things in this his 5th Super Bowl appearance.

Plus, Rutgers forced to bid a farewell to Greg Schiano as he bolts from the Scarlet Knights to take over as the new head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Darrelle Revis thinks the Jets are starting to get it, but admits that Rex Ryan was 'out of the loop' as far as the Jets fractured locker room, Peyton Manning's future in Indy addressed by team owner Jim Irsay, who referred to Peyton as a politician and Boomer doesn't see how Eli's big brother plays again for the Colts.  A final memorial was held for Joe Paterno yesterday at Penn State, the Knicks will travel to Miami to take on the Heat and the Mets announced that John Franco has been elected to the teams Hall of Fame...
