B&C Morning Show: A December Football Friday And Craig's Sudden Lack Of Confidence

With the calendar now flipped to December and a chill in the air, the guys opened up this Football Friday edition of the Boomer & Carton Morning Extravaganza with Giants defensive coordinator Perry Fewell's tough talk regarding Big Blue's match-up with the undefeated Green Bay Packers.

According to Fewell, fresh off their 577 yard, 49 point yielding performance in New Orleans Monday night, his defensive unit has plans "to get to the quarterback, period."

That quarterback Fewell is referring to is one Aaron Rodgers, who has thrown 33 TD's and just 4 interceptions thus far this season.

One can only assume Fewell had a similar game-plan when preparing for Drew Brees - who finished the Monday night's game 24-38, 363 yards and 4 TD's through the air and 1 TD on the ground (o sacks 6 hits).

So make of Fewell's comments what you wish.

Boomer & Craig talked about the Giants slim chances against the Pack this Sunday - Craig believes the Packers' margin of victory will eclipse that of the Patriots margin of victory over the 0-11 Indianapolis Colts (the Pats are favored by 20 points, while the Giants are a 6.5 point underdog).

As for the Jets and their match-up in our Nation's Capital with the 4-8 Redskins, Craig thinks that Rex's Gang Green will win, but he is far from confident.

Speaking of suffering from a lack of confidence - after consulting with his Doctor - Craigie has been cleared to make his return to the 'Boom-Boom Room' (which is apparently some sort of code Craig uses when referring to sexual relations) after undergoing double hernia surgery back on November 23rd - and he is a little nervous about his ability to perform after the long layoff.

Boomer was unable to offer his radio partner any sound advice because unlike Craig, the Blonde Bomber  has never suffered from a lack of confidence in the bedroom - so it appears Craigie will be on his own for this one...
