9/25 CBS 2 Friday Night & Weekend Weather Headlines

We're still looking great for the rest of today, perfect conditions for the remainder of the Pope's events this evening! A pleasant mixture of sun & clouds will continue with temps hanging in the low to mid 70s.
A similar story for overnight, dropping down to 60 in the city and 50s in the suburbs. Tomorrow is looking good as well to start off the weekend, just some high clouds mixed with sunshine. Expect a high of 75 in NYC.
Sunday we'll have temps near normal in the low 70s with more clouds around as low pressure gets closer from the south. Looking good for Tunnel to Towers in the morning, with temps in the mid 60s at the start.
We're still watching late Sunday into Monday for the chance of some light showers, but it doesn't look widespread... more of the scattered variety with lots of clouds. Nice fall warm-up after that with 80° in the forecast!
Check back in soon for the latest!
