Morning!
We have another cloudy, cool and damp start around the tri-state. I'm sorry, but on the plus side we are making up a little bit of our fairly deep rain deficit approaching 6 inches.
We will be chilly again today, topping off in the mid 50s at best.
Do not expect much sun, but we could see a few peeks this afternoon as some clearing is likely.
