4/17 CBS2 Sunday Morning Weather Headlines

Good morning, folks - if you thought yesterday was nice, just wait for this afternoon! We'll have abundant sunshine with even warmer air settling in - temps will hit 72 in NYC with slightly warmer readings inland, and cooler temps along the coast.

Things get even better tomorrow with sunshine and some spots reaching 80 degrees! Right now we're going with a high of 77 in NYC. Too bad most of us have to go back to work/school.

We'll be cooler Tuesday with a few morning sprinkles, but we do get PM sunshine and a high temp in the mid 60s. Wednesday looks good with sun & mid 60s again, and we get back into the mid 70s Thursday.

Looks like spring is here to stay!
