3 Injured When MTA Bus Crashes On Upper East Side

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - An M4 bus crashed into a tree on the Upper East Side Wednesday morning, the MTA said.

The incident took place at around 9 a.m. at 76th Street and Fifth Avenue.

At least three people were injured in the accident.

Apparently the driver passed out before losing control of the bus, the MTA said.

None of the injuries were considered life-threatening.
