2-Year-Old Falls Out Of Window Onto Awning In Mill Basin
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- An awning broke the fall of a 2-year-old girl in Mill Basin Saturday afternoon, according to NYPD.
The child fell out of the second story window, bounced off of the awning and onto the driveway.

Police say the awning possibly saved her life, 1010 WINS Gary Baumgartner reported.
The accident happened around 1 p.m. at a home on East 56th Street.
The child was transported to Kings County Hospital. Her condition was not available.
Police are investigating, but say it's unlikely anyone will be charged.
