Jack Cassidy (pictured), 18, of Cold Spring Harbor, and a 14-year-old boy were arrested Sunday morning after an officer on patrol in Huntington found them in a car that matched the description of a vehicle that had been seen following several acts of criminal mischief in the area, police said.
Both teens were charged with 12 counts of criminal mischief. Cassidy was also charged with soliciting the 14-year-old boy to commit a felony.
"This is just straight out violence," Ron Antonino, whose car windows were shattered, said. "Kids like this someday may be serial killers."
