Morning Everyone!
The cold ivy grip of winter is back. We are quite cold today with temps starting off 15 degrees below the freezing mark. We're talking teens north and west.
Remember, when its cold out there, bridges and overpasses tend to freeze up faster than the surrounding roadways.
Temps will climb by afternoon and we will flirt with 40 here in NYC. Tonight is not as cold, and the snow looks to stay away!
