12/25 CBS2 Christmas Afternoon Weather Headlines

Merry Christmas everybody! Hopefully you're enjoying the weather on this joyous day...expect a few breaks of sun with temps reaching the mid 60s. We actually broke the record of 64 just after midnight, so 2015 now has the warmest Christmas Eve & Christmas Day on record!

We could have a few light showers tonight especially south of the city, but nothing major. Same goes for tomorrow with mainly cloudy skies and some late showers. It'll be cooler with a high of only 52 - but that's still well above normal! Sunday will be warm once again and we could tie or set another record with highs in the low/mid 60s.

Looking for wintry weather? You might not have to wait much longer...we could have a wintry mix north & west of NYC Monday night into early Tuesday before a changeover to rain, so be sure to keep it locked to CBS2!
