11/8 CBS2 Evening Weather Headlines

Good evening, everybody! As promised it was a spectacular finish to this early November weekend. Plenty of sunshine and seasonably cool temps in the mid 50s. Clear skies overnight with temps dropping to the low 30s & 40s - coldest spots north & west. Bundle up heading out the door early tomorrow!
Tomorrow's gonna be another beauty with sunshine and a high of 58, but with clouds moving in after sunset. It'll stay dry pretty much through midnight and then light rain will start in the pre-dawn hours Tuesday.
Tuesday looks like a soaker. Several areas of low pressure will slide up the coast and will bring periods of steady & heavy rain to the area, along with gusty northeast winds. The heaviest amounts look like they'll be from NYC south & east...and while it'll put a dent in our deficit, it won't totally erase it.
Clouds give way to some sun and mild temps on Veterans Day, looking pretty good now with highs in the low 60s. Next chance for some rain and maybe some rumbles will be Thursday...mild with a high of 63. Stay tuned for the latest!
