Good Sunday morning folks! It's a cold start to the final day of the long holiday weekend, and it will stay chilly through the day. Expect tons of sun but it'll only "warm" up to 46 in NYC...and gusty winds will make it feel colder, so bundle up if you're out doing some shopping!

Tomorrow will be another crisp day with sunny skies and high temps around 50...it'll also be the last dry day before a soggy midweek.

Expect a good soaking Tuesday through Thursday, with heavy rain, gusty winds, and mild temps in the upper 50s Tuesday, low 60s Wednesday, and mid 50s Thursday. We could get 2"+ of rainfall, which is great news seeing as we have a deficit of 9".
