11/14 CBS2 Saturday Evening Weather
By Mark McIntyre, CBS2 Meteorologist/Weather Producer
Brrr! That's the best way to describe today and indeed the night ahead! With high pressure sliding overhead we'll have dry, clear and calm conditions allowing temps to plunge into the 30s areawide. Expect a low temp of 39 in NYC, feeling below freezing! Make sure you're dressed for warmth if you're heading out.
Sunday will be the warmer half of the weekend, but we won't make it out of the 50s. There is some good news though - winds will be weaker compared to the past few days, and there will be plenty of sunshine. Overall it's gonna be a nice finish the the weekend but it will be crisp.
As for the week ahead it looks pretty mild with some low 60s in the forecast! Monday will be a gorgeous start to the work week - temps will reach 61 in NYC under sunny skies. Tuesday & Wednesday look good for now and our next chance for rain appears to be Thursday, and there could be a fair amount of it.
In the mean time, stay warm & have a great night!
