10/11 CBS2 Sunday Evening Weather Headlines

Evenin', everybody! The gorgeous weather we had through the weekend will continue tonight and into Columbus Day...so if you're off from work or school, make the best of it! Clear and cool tonight with lows in the mid 50s around town, some 40s in the 'burbs...looks like sunshine to start tomorrow with some late day clouds, but we'll still make it to 73 in NYC!

Some light showers are possible Monday night ahead of a cold front making its way through, but the better bet would be Tuesday - but it doesn't look like a washout. Tuesday will be a similarly mild day with temps in the low 70s and abundant cloud cover.

We're back into the 60s to close out the week, and we can expect plenty of sunshine Wednesday & Thursday. Expect clouds & a shower chance Friday before we cool down even more next weekend.
