Super Tuesday
After a contentious primary season with huge surprises in both the Democratic and Republican races, Super Tuesday could bring some clarity to the 2016 election. We look at five of the big-picture questions for which answers could begin to emerge just hours from now.
Shattered expectations
Long-shot. Controversial. Brash. Outrageous. Call him what you will -- and many have -- Donald Trump's campaign has been anything but conventional, but as he often notes himself, he's winning. Remarks expected to sink him, only put more wind in his sails. We look at the unprecedented run.
"Nature of this job"
To call Edward Byers a combat veteran doesn't come close. In 2012, as a member of SEAL Team Six, he was sent to rescue an American kidnapped by the Taliban. Now, Byers has a Medal of Honor to go with his five Bronze Stars and two Purple Hearts -- and one hell of a story about how he earned it.
Campaign clash
Donald Trump's Radford, Virginia rally on Monday turned chaotic, with protesters interrupting the Republican front-runner's speech multiple times and a U.S. Secret Service agent at the event tussling with a member of the media.
I'll drive
The biggest obstacle to self-driving cars may not be technological. Even as automakers and tech firms make progress in developing autonomous vehicles, a new survey shows a large of majority of Americans are apprehensive about entrusting their safety to a software driver.
Life-saver
A social media campaign to find a kidney could have life-saving results. Linda Deming put her request for a kidney on buttons, signs and social media. It caught the eye of a generous stranger, who volunteered to be her donor. "CBS This Morning" was there as they met for the first time.
