Birch’s on the Lake hosts Oysterfest with a shucking competition and a new Irish stout
Owner Bert Joseph says the Long Lake restaurant’s Oysterfest runs 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, with live shucking, music, a DJ and a nitro dry Irish stout released for the occasion. Tickets aren’t needed.
