Friday is the brightest day, with highs in the 40s statewide and about 45 to 47 in the Twin Cities. Sunday brings warmer temperatures and a light breeze, and Monday reaches near 60, well above average, before a slight cooldown, WCCO meteorologist Mike Augustyniak reports.
