Defendants in protest at ICE pastor's Minnesota church return to federal court
Nearly 40 people were charged in federal court for violating the FACE act earlier this year in connection to the January protest at a church in St. Paul, Minnesota, where the head of the local Immigration and Customs Enforcement field office preaches.
