Alary’s launches weekend brunch, offers free entrees to veterans on Veterans Day
Owner Bill Collins and executive chef Javier Alcantara say brunch runs Saturdays and Sundays, with a walleye cake Benedict, chilaquiles from the chef’s family recipe and a ribeye hash. On Veterans Day, vets eat free, and proceeds from other entrees go to a veterans group.
