Minnesota drought eases after three days of record rain, but much of the state is still dry
WCCO’s Adam Del Rosso says the Drought Monitor shows nearly all of Minnesota improved by at least one category. The Twin Cities moved from severe to moderate drought, and areas near Brainerd and Bemidji remain abnormally dry.
