200 anglers rescued after large ice chunk breaks free on Upper Red Lake
These temperatures can turn water to ice, but that doesn't mean it won't crack. That's what happened Monday on Upper Red Lake, and hundreds of anglers discovered they were the ones that needed to get reeled in.
