A 12-year-old boy wanted in connection to a fatal shooting in Omaha has been arrested in Minneapolis. According to a statement Tuesday from Omaha police, the 12-year-old was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service and was to be booked ahead of court proceedings to return him to Nebraska.
